Venezuelan President, Nicolas Maduro, reiterated on Monday his call for an end to the genocide carried out against the Palestinian people by Israel, TeleSur reported.
“We must demand, with one voice, an end to the genocide against the Palestinian people,” the Bolivarian leader stated.
“They want to exterminate the Palestinian people. It’s the same extermination plan that Adolf Hitler carried out against the Jewish people, and it was condemned by all of humanity,” Maduro added.
“I implore the world to raise their voices and put a stop to the extermination and violence against the Palestinian people.”
The Venezuelan president also highlighted that in various countries, numerous rallies have taken place in support of the Palestinian people, including Spain, the United States, France, Turkey, Colombia, Tunisia, Portugal, and Venezuela.

“We raise our voices for Palestine. Together with people from all over the world, we unite to call for a ceasefire and genocide, which has attacked the Palestinian people indiscriminately,” Maduro stressed, adding:
“No more bombardment against these noble people!”
Israel has, thus far, killed over 8,500 Palestinians in Gaza, including 3,457 children, and wounded more than 23,000. Palestinian Ministry of Health reports and international organizations say that the majority of those killed and wounded are women and children.
Despite a massive Israeli military buildup around the Gaza borders and sporadic infiltrations on the outskirts of the besieged Strip, Palestinian Resistance continues to repel Israeli attacks.

To justify its military failure, the Israeli army continues to pound civilian homes throughout the Gaza Strip with new massacres reported everywhere in the besieged enclave.
Gaza has been under a tight Israeli military siege since 2007, following a democratic election in occupied Palestine, the results of which were rejected by Tel Aviv and Washington.
