76 percent of Israelis want Netanyahu to resign, while 64 percent believe that new elections should be held immediately after the war.
A new poll published on Saturday by Israeli Channel 12 revealed that the vast majority of Israelis want Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to resign over the attack carried out by Palestinian Resistance movement Hamas on October 7.
According to the poll, 76 percent of Israelis want Netanyahu to resign, while 64 percent believe that new elections should be held immediately after the war.
The poll comes amid increasing tensions and protests across Israel, with demonstrators calling for a ceasefire and the release of the Israelis currently held in Gaza.

Another poll released by Israeli newspaper Maariv on November 2 revealed that only 27% of all Israelis believe that Netanyahu is the best person to lead Israel at the moment.
The poll concluded that nearly half of all Israelis – 49% – believe that opposition leader Benny Gantz is the right man for the job.
According to the Maariv poll, if elections were held in Israel today, the National Unity Party would win 36 seats in the Knesset, thus tripling its current number of seats. Meanwhile, the Likud’s seats would drop from 32 to 19, according to the poll.
