Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth confirmed that Israeli police said that a rocket landed near the settlement.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Resistance Movement Hamas, said it targeted Tel Aviv with a number of rockets in response to Israeli massacres against the civilian population in Gaza.
In a related incident, a missile fired from southern Lebanon fell in the settlement of Kiryat Shmona, in northern Israel, burning and damaging a house, according to Israel’s Channel 12.
The attack from the Lebanese Resistance movement Hezbollah was conducted in retaliation to the killing of four civilians by an Israeli missile in the southern Lebanon city of ‘Aynata on Sunday evening.
