(Disappointment over Jordan’s decision not to grant a Jerusalem affairs society a permit)
The decision was criticized by a number of political and social figures especially as Almasri was in charge of the former Council of Senators at a time when Jordan claimed to pay special attention to Jerusalem.
Almasri has issued a statement in which he affirmed his acceptance of the government’s decision not to grant a permit to the society.
