With the killing of 17-year-old Mohammad Nidal Melhem, the number of slain Palestinians in the West Bank has risen to 60 since October 7.
Israeli occupation forces killed a Palestinian teenager on Tuesday in the town of Halhul, north of the occupied West Bank city of Hebron (Al-Khalil), the official Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.
Medical sources at Al-Mezan Hospital in Hebron announced that Mohammad Nidal Melhem, 17, died after he was shot by live bullets in his stomach during an Israeli military raid in the town of Halhul.
The occupation forces stormed the industrial school in Halhul, where a number of workers from the Gaza Strip resided. The workers were forced to leave their workplaces, leading to confrontations.

Three Palestinians were injured by live bullets, including Melhem, who was later pronounced dead.
Israeli soldiers also detained 30 workers after subjecting them to a field investigation, causing material damage to the school and its contents.
With the killing of Melhem, the number of slain Palestinians in the West Bank has risen to 60 since October 7.
