Dozens of Palestinians were killed and injured in Israeli airstrikes targeting all sectors of the besieged Gaza Strip.

At least 40 Palestinians were killed and dozens were injured as a result of Israeli airstrikes that targeted the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, the official Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.

Medical sources added that 10 other civilians were killed in an Israeli bombing that targeted a house in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Israeli occupation artillery and drones also bombed the vicinity of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the Jabaliya Camp.

108 slain civilians and dozens of casualties were reportedly taken to the Kamal Adwan Hospital, which is still sheltering more than 7,000 displaced Palestinians.

Medical teams were unable to perform any surgical operations in the hospital due to a power outage.

Medical sources warned of a massacre that Israel might commit inside Kamal Adwan Hospital, as happened in the Al-Shifa and Indonesian hospitals.

The sources confirmed that only four hospitals are operating in northern Gaza, and about 55 ambulances are currently out of service.

An Israeli airstrike also destroyed a mosque in the Bintan al-Sameen area in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, Israeli gunboats fired shells towards the shore of the Khan Yunis Sea, south of the Gaza Strip.
