Qatari authorities say that the exact starting time of the ceasefire will be announced today, stating that the delay was merely technical, and does not concern fundamental issues. 

As those technical details were being finalized, Israel carried out several new massacres, targeting civilian areas in both north and south of the Gaza Strip, killing and wounding many.

Meanwhile, the Al-Quds Brigades announced that it has targeted 11 Israeli military vehicles. Fierce fighting also continued in different parts of northern Gaza.

TURKIYE: Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said Ankara plans to evacuate some injured and sick children and youths from the Gaza Strip on Friday as part of the third round of evacuations.

PALESTINIAN MEDIA: Fierce clashes are taking place between the Palestinian Resistance, led by the Al-Qassam Brigades, and the Israeli occupation forces in several axes in the Gaza Strip.

CNN (Citing Israeli official): Israel will release 39 Palestinian prisoners, women and children, on Friday, as part of a prisoner exchange deal with Hamas.

PALESTINIAN MEDIA: Fierce clashes are taking place between the Palestinian resistance, led by the Al-Qassam Brigades, and the Israeli occupation forces in several areas in the Gaza Strip.

AL-JAZEERA: the Israeli occupation army shot a young Palestinian near the entrance to the town of Bani Naim, east of Hebron in the West Bank.

NSC: Spokeswoman for the U.S. National Security Council said that parties are working on finalizing the logistical details of the Gaza truce agreement. She said that Washington hopes the truce agreement in Gaza will begin tomorrow morning, Friday.
