Israel carried out new massacres against Palestinians awaiting humanitarian aid in Gaza and intensified its raids on the southern city of Rafah. 

The Israeli Foreign Minister summoned the ambassador to the United Nations in protest against UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.

Meanwhile, divisions emerged within Israel’s war cabinet as Benny Gantz met with US Vice President Kamala Harris in Washington.

According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, 30,631 Palestinians have been killed, and 72,042 wounded in Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza starting on October 7.
