On the 61st day of the Israeli war on Gaza, new massacres were reported throughout the Gaza Strip, in the northern Gaza Strip – Jabaliya – in the central Strip – Nuseirat – and south, Khan Younis.

Meanwhile, Israel admitted to the killing of new Israeli officers, though Resistance statements place the Israeli losses at a much higher number.

The humanitarian situation continues to deteriorate, with some hospitals, including Al-Aqsa Hospital, running out of fuel and medicine.

ISRAELI MEDIA: Israeli FM Eli Cohen calls Antonio Guterres a threat to world peace. This followed Guterres’ invocation of Article 99 of the UN charter. Cohen says such a decision “constitutes support for Hamas”.

KAN: Israeli Broadcasting Corporation said that about 100 Israeli soldiers have gone partially or fully blind during fighting in Gaza.

POLITICO: Senior US official urges Israel to open Karem Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) crossing between Israel and Gaza.

MAARIV: Disagreements in Israel’s war cabinet led to demands that Benny Gantz should resign from his post.

SOUTH AFRICA: South Africa’s Justice Minister says that Israeli war crimes in Gaza should be investigated without any favoritism from the International Criminal Court Prosecutor.

HAARETZ: The US Senate failed to advance $14 billion in emergency military assistance to Israel, part of the White House’s $100 billion aid package intended to aid Ukraine and Israel.

AL-QASSAM BRIGADES:

Our fighters were able to booby-trap and blow up a house in which a number of occupation soldiers were holed up with a barrel bomb in the axis east of the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Al-Qassam also announced that it had targeted – in the same axis – two Israeli tanks with Al-Yassin 105 shells, and a third tank in the axis north of the city of Khan Yunis.
