An elderly Palestinian man was shot and killed on Monday morning by Israeli occupation forces during a raid on a charitable organization in Hebron.
An elderly Palestinian man was shot and killed on Monday morning by Israeli occupation forces during a raid on a charitable organization in the southern West Bank city of Hebron (Al-Khalil), the official Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.
According to WAFA, Israeli soldiers stormed the administrative building of the Islamic Charitable Society for the Care of Orphans.
Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli forces opened fire at 66-year-old taxi driver Issa Ali Tamimi, hen he was driving near the building, hitting him in the head and immediately killing him.
WAFA correspondent said Israeli soldiers seized computers and files from the building before shutting its doors to prevent anyone from using it.

Detention Campaign Continues
Israeli occupation forces stormed other areas of the occupied West Bank, continuing their relentless mass detention campaign.
According to the Prisoners’ Commission and the Prisoner’s Society, most of the arrests were in the Jerusalem, Ramallah and Hebron governorates, while others were detained in Jericho, Nablus, Qalqilya, and Jenin areas.
Detainees were beaten, some severely, and their homes ransacked, said the groups.
Israel has detained more than 2520 Palestinians in the occupied territories since October 7, most at their homes while others at checkpoints or after turning themselves in after holding members of their families as hostages.
