Hamas leader Omar Daraghmeh was killed in an Israeli prison as a result of torture, the Palestinian movement said in a statement.
The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas announced the ‘assassination’ of one of its leaders in the West Bank in Israeli occupation prisons.
Omar Daraghmeh was one of hundreds of Palestinians detained by the Israeli military occupation in recent days, following the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, and the Israeli war on Gaza.
The movement said in a statement that Daraghmeh was “martyred as a result of the torture he was subjected to in the occupation prisons”, and described his death as an ‘assassination’ by the Israeli government.
