Israeli occupation forces opened fire on Palestinian students as they left school in the Jalazone refugee camp, in the West Bank, on Thursday, injuring one child.
According to Ma’an News there was no obvious reason why the attack took place as there were no clashes occurring between Palestinians and Israelis in the area at the time.
Tensions flared in the aftermath of the incident with occupation forces using rubber coated steel bullets, sound bombs and tear gas against locals.
