Leaders of a number of Palestinian groups have called for a new Intifada and have said there should be no negotiations with Israel.
Hamas political bureau chief Khaled Meshaal called for the cancellation of direct and indirect talks with Israel during a meeting with the leaders of a number of Palestinian groups on Monday.
Meshaal says Israelis use talks to cover up the crimes they commit in the occupied territories.
He also said the time has come to enter a practical phase in dealing with the enemy.
At the meeting, Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine leader Ahmed Jibril agreed with the call for a new Intifada against Israel.
Jibril also urged acting Palestinian Authority chief Mahmoud Abbas to dissolve his government.
