Palestinian resistance fighters had recently carried out several operations behind Israeli army lines, some stationed in reoccupied Gaza neighborhoods and others near the Gaza-Israeli border. In this video, Hamas’ military arm, Izz al-Din al-Qassam says it penetrated Israeli army lines through a tunnel, killing ten soldiers and returned to Gaza safely.
